I am writing to express my support for responsible data center development in our community.

Data centers represent an opportunity to expand our commercial tax base, attract significant private investment, create construction and permanent jobs, and generate additional revenue that can help support our schools, public safety, roads, and other essential services.

I understand that any major development must be carefully planned and that legitimate concerns involving water, power, noise, traffic, and nearby property owners should be addressed. However, I believe these concerns can be managed through appropriate zoning, development standards, and responsible oversight rather than simply turning away this type of investment.

Our community needs a strong and diverse commercial tax base if we want to continue providing quality services without placing an increasing burden on homeowners.

I respectfully ask you to consider the long-term benefits that well-planned data center development can bring to our community and to support responsible data center projects that meet appropriate local standards.
